Lydia does her best to avoid coming off as snobby and condescending towards others. The problem is that her best is rarely good enough to keep that from happening.

She’s uninterested in dating, choosing instead to focus all her efforts on becoming an actress. When she does have sex, it’s only with men she knows her parents would disapprove of. She has a lot of issues, and she’s not going to sort them out without help.
